DREAM TEPEE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our guests’ enjoyment and safety is paramount and therefore we ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking for your event.  These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between the Company and the Hirer unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.  Upon payment of the deposit the Hirer is deemed to have accepted them. Any offer of equipment is subject to stock being available on receipt of a deposit at time of booking.

Advance Bookings & Payment Terms
Bookings may be made by phone or online.  At time of booking full contact details and a deposit is required, the deposit amount will be advised and is dependent upon the event type chosen.  As soon as this has been received we can secure your date for you.

The deposit amount will be returned to you within 7 days after the event.  We simply check all our items after each event to ensure everything is within working order and safe for the next event.  Your deposit amount may be reduced if any items are missing, damaged or broken.

The full amount is then due upon delivery of your event.

By booking you give permission for your contact details to be retained on our computer system.
