Booking Terms and Conditions


Our guests’ enjoyment and safety is paramount and therefore we ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking for your event.  These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into between the Company and the Hirer unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.  Upon payment of the deposit the Hirer is deemed to have accepted them. Any offer of equipment is subject to stock being available on receipt of a deposit at time of booking.

Advance Bookings & Payment Terms
Bookings may be made by phone or online.  At time of booking full contact details and a deposit is required, the deposit amount will be advised and is dependent upon the event type chosen.  As soon as this has been received we can secure your date for you.  

The deposit amount will be returned to you within 7 days after the event.  We simply check all our items after each event to ensure everything is within working order and safe for the next event.  Your deposit amount may be affected if any items are missing, damaged or broken. 

Full payment is then due 2 days before the event.  Please note full payment excludes the booking deposit which is returned after the event.  Non payment of your event 2 days before will result in the booking being cancelled, your deposit will be non-refundable.    

No booking is confirmed until deposit received and accepted by us. 

By booking you give permission for your contact details to be retained on our computer system.

Cancellations / Amendments
If something happens and you are unable to continue with your booking, we understand things can change.  We can offer an alternative date or arrange to refund your deposit.  However, if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event date your deposit will be non-refundable.

Deposit is not refundable if party is cancelled 2 weeks before the event 

Any decrease in number of teepees will still be charged within 2 week before the event 

Note: Refundable deposits will only be returned to the card provided.

Erection and Dismantling
The Company normally provides labour for the erection and dismantling and the cost thereof is included in the Hire charges. 

Whilst we love animals, we are sorry that NO PETS are permitted to accompany guests. Any damage or soiling of property as a result of a pet will be deducted from your deposit.

Smoking is NOT permitted at all. If evidence of smoking inside is discovered we will retain the full security deposit.

Fires / BBQ’s / Candles / Heaters
Absolutely NO fires, cooking on open flames, candles, heaters or BBQs are permitted INSIDE.  Barbecue equipment or open fires outside are to be placed a minimum of eight feet from the tent and not left unattended whilst in use. Please be aware of hot embers and wind direction which may result in damage to the tent.

Loss or Damage
You are responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of all equipment supplied from delivery up until collection. Please ensure you are satisfied with the equipment before use and should notify us any miscounts, incorrect deliveries or unacceptable equipment before use.

No confetti balloons or bombs to be used inside tents.  All rubbish and any recycling must be removed by the hirer.

It is your responsibility to leave the equipment in a clean and tidy state, a reasonable surcharge will be applied for cleaning if it is not and will be deducted from the damage deposit and /or charged directly to you.

Conditions of Site
The Company’s quotation for hire charges is made on the assumption that the site on which the tents or equipment are to be installed or to which goods are to be delivered is:–
(a) Flat level firm grass covered ground with easy access for motor transport and
(b) Has no drain pipes, cables or other services buried beneath the surface or otherwise concealed.

A 4m tent requires a 6sqm area of flattish grass.  Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough space and easy access for the tents to be erected.

Our garden Igloo requires a 4sqm area.  The Igloo can be installed on virtually any surface and is weighted down with sandbags.

Force Majeure
While every effort will be made by the Company to carry out any order accepted, the full performance of it is subject to variation or cancellation by the Company consequent upon act of God, War, Strikes, Riots, Lock-outs or other labour disturbances, Fire, Flood, extreme weather, wind conditions, exceeding legal limits, restrictions on the use of Transport, Fuel or Power, Requisitioning, Shortage of Material or Transport or Labour or any other cause beyond the control of the Company.

Liability to Third Parties
The Company will not be responsible for and the Hirer will indemnify the Company against all claims for the injury to persons or loss or damage to property howsoever caused unless it be proved that such injury or damage was caused by negligence of the Company.

Due to the current Corona Virus pandemic we are currently only able to offer Family Glamping Services. This is available for families that live in the same household and only for properties that have rear/side access.
