How much room do I need for a Bell Tent?
A 4m tent requires a 6m area of flattish grass. A 5m tent requires a 7m area of flattish grass. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough space and easy access for the tents to be erected. If any additional equipment tables, outdoor rugs etc. are included, remember these will also require space!
How much room do I need for the Igloo?
Our igloo has a diameter of 3.6m and can be set up on any flattish surface. The structure is weighted down with sandbags and therefore suitable for the majority of surfaces. Some accessories require electricity of which we supply an extension cable.
What space is needed to host a Tepee Party?
We recommend having 1m (width) x 2m (depth) for each Tepee. Again it is your responsibility to ensure that the space has been cleared of any furniture or anything else that could impede the setup.
How long does a setup take and do I need to be present at the time of setup?
Dependent upon the event booked, set ups can take between 1.5 and 3 hours. You do not need to present for the process, everyone loves surprises! However we do require your presence once finished during the set up for sign off.
Is parking outside my house required?
We require parking directly outside your property or on your driveway, without this we will be unable to drop off your party. For tent or igloo hire we require side access. If there are parking restrictions in place and a permit is required, you will need to supply this to us
Do you require a deposit when booking?
Bookings may be made by phone or online. At time of booking a deposit amount is required. The deposit is held until after the event and returned afterwards providing there has being no damage. The full amount of the rental is required prior/upon delivery. For full details please refer to our terms & conditions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver predominantly around the Leinster region. A delivery charge applies dependent upon your location.
